If repairs, alterations or edits need to be made— now is the time to do it. Have confidence moving to the next phase of your project with an independent, third-party Pre-Drywall Inspection. What to Expect
Fill out our “Request an Inspection” form and we will be in touch shortly to schedule a date & time that work for you. We are happy to try and accomodate time-sensitive transaction needs.
1 Schedule Inspection
Once you are on our calendar, you will receive an email confirmation with additional inspection details and be provided with a secure link for payment. Payment is due AT or BEFORE the inspection is to take place.
2 Receive Confirmation
While you are not required to attend your home inspection, you are absolutely welcome & encouraged to do so. At the very least, you should plan to attend the last 30 minutes, to walkthrough with the inspector and discuss their findings.
3 Day Of Inspection
In most cases, we can have your report delivered in as little as 24 hours, but it may take up to 48 hours to prepare. Please let us know if the inspection report delivery is urgent or time-sensitive and we will do our best to help out!
